Rather have us do it? You can.

Running a Rent Tribunal procedure yourself is very doable, and everything on this site helps you do it for free. But if you would rather hand it over, we take your case: from the points count and the evidence to the request and the hearing. In English, if you prefer.

No cure no pay: no win, no fee

Our principle is simple. If you do not win, you pay us nothing. If you do win, we pay ourselves out of part of what the case brings you. You run no financial risk on our fees, and we only earn when you do. Exactly how it should be for a firm that stands on your side of the dispute.

We publish the exact rates and terms when the service opens. Until then and after: start with the free rent check, so you know whether a case is promising before anything is at stake.

• The full substantiation: points count, legal maximum rent and the evidence the Rent Tribunal wants to see.
• The correspondence with your landlord, with the right letters at the right moments and within every legal deadline.
• The request to the Rent Tribunal and the monitoring of every deadline in the procedure.
• The preparation for the hearing, and representation on your behalf where needed.

For whom

We work for tenants of private and commercial landlords, including internationals: your nationality and contract type make no difference to your rights. If you rent from a housing association, all free tools on this site work just as well, but we do not take the case itself.
