All outcomes are careful indications based on public registers and the statutory tables: they are not legal advice for your individual situation and not a binding count. Only the Rent Tribunal's own investigation is binding, and no rights can be derived from the outcomes shown here.

Check the data you enter and the letters you send before using them. Deadlines in tenancy law are hard, so when in doubt, consult a professional in time. Automated scraping or use that hinders others is not permitted. For the paid representation service that opens soon, separate terms and rates apply, always shared in advance, and nothing ever starts without your explicit agreement.
