The technology behind this site was not thrown together for the occasion. Our systems process the points system, the statutory deadlines and published Rent Tribunal rulings at the level professional parties demand of their software. We now point that engine at the party that never had such tools: the tenant. The win rates on this site come from our own analysis of published rulings, not from marketing copy.
